General Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting is a secure way to verify your identity. Your fingerprints are submitted electronically through Ohio WebCheck or on fingerprint cards for background checks, licensing, employment, and compliance purposes.
Fingerprinting is required by various state and federal agencies as part of a background check process. Employers, licensing boards, adoption agencies, and government entities often require it to verify that an individual has no disqualifying criminal history.
The actual fingerprinting process takes approximately 10–15 minutes. With paperwork and processing, plan for about 20–30 minutes total for your appointment.
Walk-ins are welcome during our regular business hours. However, scheduling an appointment guarantees no wait time and allows us to prepare any necessary paperwork in advance.
BCI & FBI Background Checks
A BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) check searches Ohio state criminal records only. An FBI check searches the national criminal database across all 50 states and federal jurisdictions. Many employers and agencies require both for a comprehensive background review.
BCI results are typically available within 7-10 days via electronic WebCheck submission. FBI results take 7-10 days and are mailed to the address on file or sent directly to your requesting agency.
Yes, you can request an FBI Identity History Summary for your own personal records. This is commonly done for immigration, personal record review, or to verify your own background before applying for jobs or licenses.
We offer BCI fingerprinting ($35), FBI fingerprinting ($35), and a combined BCI & FBI package ($59). We also provide mobile fingerprinting services for groups of 5 or more at your location.
Appointments & Preparation
Please bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. If your employer or agency has provided specific forms or reason codes, bring those along as well.
Yes, walk-ins are welcome during our regular business hours. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment to guarantee no wait time and to allow us to prepare any required paperwork in advance.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us directly by phone or email. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment time.
Pricing & Payment
Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees: BCI fingerprinting is $35, FBI fingerprinting is $35, and the combined BCI & FBI package is $59 per person. Group and mobile services are available at special rates , contact us for a quote.
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Listed service prices are cash prices. Individual card payments include an additional processing fee. Payment is required at the time of service.
Yes, we offer discounted rates for groups of 5 or more individuals. We also provide on-site mobile fingerprinting for businesses and organizations. Contact us for custom group pricing and scheduling.
Results & Processing
BCI results are typically emailed directly to you or your requesting agency within 7-10 days. FBI results are mailed to the address on file and generally arrive within 7-10 days.
If your background check reveals a criminal record, the results will be sent to the requesting agency or to you directly. We do not make any determinations about your eligibility , that decision rests with your employer, licensing board, or agency.
BCI results via WebCheck are already processed electronically for the fastest turnaround (7-10 days). FBI processing times are determined by the FBI and typically cannot be expedited, though electronic submissions are faster than mail-in cards.
