GoodSam Background Checks provides fingerprinting and background check services, including BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) and FBI fingerprinting. Our services are available at our physical locations and through mobile on-site services for qualifying groups.
5. Booking & Appointments
Appointment requests submitted through our website are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. We will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your appointment. Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours subject to availability.
6. Payment & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are per person and subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
7. Identification Requirements
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for all fingerprinting services. We reserve the right to refuse service if valid identification cannot be provided.
8. Background Check Results
GoodSam Background Checks facilitates the fingerprinting process. We do not control the content, accuracy, or delivery timeline of background check results issued by the BCI or FBI. Result delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for any decisions made by employers, agencies, or organizations based on background check results.
9. SMS Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from GoodSam Background Checks at the phone number you provide. SMS consent is entirely voluntary and is not required to book an appointment or use our services.
Transactional messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and background check status updates.
Marketing messages may include promotional offers and service announcements. Marketing SMS requires separate, explicit consent.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
