Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during our regular business hours. However, scheduling an appointment guarantees no wait time and allows us to prepare any necessary paperwork in advance.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID). If your employer or agency provided specific forms, please bring those as well.
How long does the fingerprinting process take?
The actual fingerprinting process takes approximately 10-15 minutes. With paperwork and processing, plan for about 20-30 minutes total.
How will I receive my results?
BCI results are typically available within 24-48 hours and can be emailed directly to you or your requesting agency. FBI results take 3-5 business days and are mailed to the address on file.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is required at the time of service.
